Why my bank will not loan my business money?  Here's the problem that bank loan managers can not tell you, and it's because they themselves don't know.
These are the things you need to have done before you get a loan, but you don't have them.
  1. You don't have a business credit file or it's not strong enough.
  2. You're not a C-Corporation
  3. You don't have a Dun and Bradstreet Number
  4. You don't have enough trade references on you're business credit file.
  5. You don't have a website to show any existence on the web.
  6. You're not listed with 411
  7. You're financials are not properly prepared and the numbers are not high enough.
These are some of the basics you should have before asking a bank for money.  These alot that has to be done before a bank considers to lend you money and you should education yourself.

Here's a Golden Nugget for you.  If you borrow less then $50k they don't ask for taxes.
